Will the products be same as what I see on your website?
Depending on the screen settings and resolution of your device, there may be a slight variance in fabric
colour and wood polish between the image and the actual product. Additionally, wood and marble grains will
vary from product to product, especially in the case of solid wood furniture. For personalised assistance with

How can I view your material and see a sample before ordering?
We can send a sample on minimum cost with zero shipping cost.
How accurately are the product colors shown on your website?

What payment types do you accept?
We accept the following types of payments: Credit Cards, Debit Cards, Net Banking, Bank Transfer/Cheque
Payment, UPI, and Wallet. Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available at this time

Of course! Shopping with ELVM is completely safe. We make sure that every credit card transaction takes
place within a secure environment. We do not keep your credit card information after your order is complete;
instead, it is sent directly to our banks
What should I do if a transaction fails?
If a transaction fails, it may be due to various reasons. Please make sure of the following:- The information provided to the payment gateway is accurate, including account details, billing address,
and password (for net banking).- Your Internet connection remains stable throughout the process.
If your account has been debited after a payment failure, the amount will be refunded within 7 working days.
