• We dispatch in stock products within 2–4 business days from order confirmation.

5. Returns and Replacements

We provide returns or replacements only under the following conditions:

• The product is damaged or defective at the time of delivery.

• The receiver must inform the delivery personnel immediately at the time of delivery if any damage is observed.

• The customer must contact Elvm within 24 hours of delivery with supporting images and order details.

Requests made after this period may not be eligible for return or replacement.

6. Cancellations

Only In Stock Orders may only be cancelled within 24 hours of placing an order . After dispatch, cancellations are not permitted.
