At ELVM, our warranty ensures confidence in the quality and craftsmanship of every product we offer.
What’s Covered:
• Cracks in wood or metal not caused by impact.
• Broken or unstable joints (e.g., wobbly legs, loose connections).Improper alignment of doors, drawers, or
shelves.
• Hardware malfunctions (hinges, sliders, handles, etc.).
• Uneven surfaces or warping not due to moisture exposure.Faulty stitching or upholstery defects (for
upholstered items).Peeling or chipping of laminate, paint, or finish.
• Incorrect product assembly from the manufacturer’s side.Missing components (like screws, bolts, or
structural parts).
• Product collapsing under normal use (within specified weight limits).

What’s Not Covered:
The warranty does not cover the following:
• Normal wear and tear from regular use.
• Misuse, abuse, or improper handling.
• Unauthorized alterations or modifications.
• Accidental damage or breakage.
• Products used in commercial or non-residential settings.
• Exposure to extreme environmental conditions (e.g., moisture, direct sunlight, humidity).
• Damage caused by incorrect installation or assembly by the customer.
• Consumable components like light bulbs, batteries, etc.
• Cracks or damage to marble surfaces that appear after extended use (e.g., after a month) are not
covered under warranty, as natural stone can be sensitive to impact and environmental conditions.

Can I cancel an order?

What is your Return Policy?
Your purchase is eligible for return or replacement only if it meets the following conditions:
1. If an incorrect product was delivered to you, i.e., the product does not match the item description
mentioned on the website or the wrong product is delivered.
2. If the product received has any manufacturing defect or damage, a return must be requested within 48
hours of delivery, and CCTV/Video recording of box opening is mandatory, including footage of packaging if
the outer box is intact but inner material is damaged, along with clear images of both internal and external
shipment damage.
3. The product must be returned in its original packaging
What is your Refund Policy?
If you wish to return your purchase, please send an email to info@elvm.in within 48 hours of delivery. In
your email, please include the following information: your order number, delivery address, reason for the
return, and if applicable, attach an image of the defective or incorrect product. Please note that any emails or
images sent after 48 hours of delivery will not be considered
What should I do if the product packaging is damaged when it's delivered?
If the packaging of your product is damaged upon delivery, please inspect the product for any damage and
keep all original packaging materials. Contact customer care with your order details and photos. You may be
eligible for options such as returning the product, receiving a replacement or a refund, or receiving a partial
discount.
What is your Repair Policy?
Currently, we do not have a repair policy. Please refer to our refund or replacement policy for defective or
damaged product.
How long does it take to receive a refund?
A credit of the paid amount will be refunded to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after
the product is picked up from the provided address.
How will I receive the refund?
Refunds will be issued using the original payment method.
Can I buy a different product as a replacement instead of the originally ordered product?
If there is a genuine product defect, you can exchange it for a product of equal value.
